Kelly Scott BSN, WHNP

Kelly Scott grew up in a military family, moving to multiple southern states, as well as England, during her childhood. She moved to California at the start of high school, followed immediately by attending California State University at Sacramento for a Bachelor's of Science degree in Nursing. Kelly has 2 children in their early 20s, both of which participated in various sports while growing up. She helped all of their teams with training, nutrition, and medical support, enjoying the close interaction with her children as well as their teammates. Kelly worked for 8 years in the hospital setting on labor and delivery, newborn nursery, neonatal ICU, emergency room, and operating room. In 1987 she returned to school through CSU San Jose for Women's Health Nurse Practitioner certification. As a child she told her father she wanted to be a "mommy-baby nurse", and has devoted her professional life to caring for women from puberty through menopause.
